SHIPPING POLICY

 

Although we try our very best to process all orders within 1-2 business days, please note that the processing of your order, the parcel in transit, and or delivery may be delayed due to the ongoing current global climate. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding during these times!

SHIPPING OPTIONS

The Beauty House Shop is proud to offer our beautiful customers free shipping on qualifying orders and economically priced shipping rates for small orders and global shipping. We are currently using Canada Post as our primary shipping courier, along with DHL Express, Purolator, etc. 

Orders are shipped and delivered to a valid address on business days only (Monday – Friday, excluding major holidays). Currently we have the following shipping options available based on your location.

CANADA:

  • FREE SHIPPING for orders over $75, excluding far out provinces (NU, YT). Small $5 charge will be added for orders from far out provinces.
  • Orders below $75 - $12.00
  • Express Shipping - $16.00
  • Next Business Day**(Greater Toronto Area ONLY) - $20.00

USA:

  • FREE SHIPPING - orders over $75
  • Orders below $75 - $12.00
  • DHL Express - $20.00

WORLDWIDE - Outside Canada & USA:

  • Min. order $20 - starts at $18.00 (UK only)
  • Min. order $20 - starts at $23.00
  • Orders $100+ - starts at $27.00
  • DHL Express - price varies

*All Next Business Day orders must be placed by 1pm to qualify.

PLEASE NOTE: We are not responsible for any additional customs charges or fees once your package has left our facility. Customs charges and fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer. If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs and we can only provide a store credit for your order value.

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING FEES

Additional fees may apply if the shipping rate to the destination is higher than usual. Larger orders will also incur additional shipping charges due to the weight of the parcel. 

WHOLESALE & DISTRIBUTION SHIPPING

Free Shipping over $75 does NOT apply to wholesale and distribution orders. Shipping fees will be quoted on top, and a separate invoice with the payment link will be emailed. 

LOCAL PICKUP - WE HAVE MOVED

To better serve our local community we also have an option of in-store pickup. When selecting ' Local Pick Up ' at check out, your order will be ready within 1 business day after placing. You will receive an email once your order is ready for pick up.

PROCESSING ORDERS

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase, depending on product availability and order volumes. However, processing times may be extended depending on our volume of orders received. Any orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped the next available business day.

Once your order has been processed, transit time is anywhere between 1 and 14+ business days, depending on your shipping address and chosen method of shipment. Shipments may be delayed due to internal server errors, weather, and other unexpected conditions.

Once delivery confirmation becomes available, The Beauty House Shop is no longer liable for any lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. It is the buyer's responsibility to provide complete and accurate address and contact information.

ATTENTION: If we suspect that an order may be fraudulent or contains unauthorized or suspicious activity, we reserve the right to refuse processing the order. We will either cancel the order, or our customer service team will reach out to you by email to confirm the purchase.

LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

In the event that your package is considered to be lost, stolen or damaged in transit, and you did not purchase Route Protect, please contact us immediately, shop@thebeautyhouse.ca, and we will submit a claim with the shipping company. The process can take a few weeks to resolve, however, we cannot process a refund or reshipment until we receive a resolution. We appreciate your patience and understanding. In addition, if your tracking number has not updated after several days, kindly reach out to us, and we will promptly investigate the matter.
